Message:   We had the most fantastic time - everybody made us feel most welcome. I felt so humble at how little some people had, but they still welcomed us with a smile on their faces. Every site was fascinating, every day a new adventure. We recommend Journeys for any kind of travel in Myanmar especially with Nyi Nyi as he was a fantastic guide with a sense of humour to match.

Visited sites in Myanmar: Yangon, Bago, Golden rock, Ngapali beach.

Message:  All arrangements through Journeys worked 100% smoothly - during a difficult period for tourism in Burma. I was kept efficiently informed of all schedule changes as various hotels closed and flights changed due to cancelled bookings. Myanmar currently felt a very safe place to travel.

Message: Reference
My wife and I have recently returned to Australia from a tour of Myanmar arranged for us by Journeys. Whilst we arrived in Yangon at a difficult time on 30 September 2007 the management and staff of Journeys provided a safe and trouble free itinerary during the eight days we spent in Myanmar. We very much enjoyed seeing the history, arts and culture in the various locations we visited in Myanmar. We also greatly appreciated the assistance provided by Journeys' agents who guided us. The kindness and willingness of all concerned especially those in Yangon made our visit a wonderful experience.
The highest recommendation we can make is that we plan to return to Myanmar next year with our grandchildren and will most certainly use Journeys to organize that visit.

Visited sites in Myanmar: Yangon, Inle Lake, Mandalay, Bagan, Ngapali beach.

Message:  It was an excellent holiday!. The site inclusion was good and we enjoyed interaction with locals. Inke Lake was fabulous, Bagan was glorious and Ngapali beach was probably the most beautiful beach that I have ever visited. The resent political crisis does not effect at all in our travel plan as we did not see any soldier on the streets. After meeting with local, spending about three weeks in Myanmar I come to realize that tourism dollar actually goes direct in to the local community rather then to the government pocket which I had thought before visit Myanmar.
I would recommend Journeys as excellent organization!
