 Day 01 Yangon – Sittwe – Mrauk U
<flight / boat>
Transfer to airport for one-hour flight to Sittwe. Upon arrival
transfer to the jetty for the local fishermen boat to Mrauk U
<approx 6 hour>. Enjoy fantastic sunset beauty of Kespanadi river
from your boat. Upon your arrival at Mrauk U transfer to hotel.
Walking tour in and around your hotel. Overnight in Mrauk U.
Day 02 Mrauk U <coach>
Breakfast at hotel and visit Mrauk U archaeological zone.
Highlights; Shittaung pagoda, Andawthein temple, Dukenthein temple,
Laymyatnhar pagoda, Laungbwonbrauk pagoda, Annawmar Image and
Pitakettiek library. Afternoon visit archeological Museum, Palace
site, Sykya Manaung pagoda Koethaung temple, Ratana Manaung pagoda,
Bandoola Monastery, Latsaykan lake and Zina Manaung pagoda etc.
Sunset from Shwedaung hill. Overnight in Mrauk U.
Day 03 Mrauk U - Chin villages – Mrauk U <truck / boat>
Breakfast at hotel and depart to Sayoh jetty <approx 30 min> through
rough and bumpy road.
Board on your local fishermen boat <approx 2½
hour> to the Layhtoo Chin minority, best know for their colorful
fabrics and tattooed faces. Visit Checkchaung, Ale, Nyaungbin and
Sinte.
If you wish the local ladies will decorate your face with
temporary tattoo with same pattern of their own. Return to Mrauk U.
Overnight in Mrauk U.
 Day
04 Mrauk U – Sittwe <boat>
Breakfast at hotel and visit attractive Mrauk U bazaar and depart
for Sittwe.
On the way stop over at some Khami villages to observe
their daily life. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight in
Sittwe.
Day 05 Sittwe – Yangon <flight>
Breakfast at hotel and visit fisherman market often lively with
their fresh catches, Sittwe Buddhist library and Rakhine cultural
museum etc.
Afternoon transfer airport for Yangon bound flight.
Upon
arrival at Yangon transfer to your hotel to conclude this unique
